With all the illnesses lately, I've been hesitant to ask for prayers for anything non-health related, but, after thinking about it, I'm gonna ask anyway.

I'm close to getting a job with the federal govt. It would mean a lot less stress and more time with family. Job offers start tomorrow,so I'm impatiently waiting around - hoping. If you have time, please send some smoke up for me.

I have nothing but good thoughts for you and yours, but question the part of your wish fulfillment which states working for the Feds a lot less stress.

You got it David. Good thoughts and smoke shouldn't have to go up when it's only bad stuff on the line. Get you that good job, and help balance out some of the bad that's rolled through the Cantina as of late. Best of luck.

Munk, point well taken. I've done my homework on this one - pretty sure it would be a good place to be.

My grandfather used to tell me that we really don't know what to pray for, that the only thing we can do correctly is to give thanks. I still pray for people and things.

I hope it works out, if not, I hope something good works out and to one day be able to understand whatever happens. ;)
