I like to have a small pair of retractible scissors in the field and my First Aid Kit.
I found these at Campmor for ~ $4. I hesitated cause I wanted to spend less....
But they do perform well. I was doing some cut testing on a batch o Blades and figured I'd do the same for these.
They cut pretty effortlessly...(is that a word?)
Scissors remained tight throughout cutting. No wobble or looseness.
Retracted properly when done with cutting.
I am VERY pleased with these.

Fold up nice and small

Even fit my fat digits... A must!!!

Cutting some black nylon cord reinforced garden hose. A real good test for cutting ability

After a long cut...cutting round the hose

The results were every bit as good as the blades tested.

Hope they hold up for the long haul.

Nice! I need a pair of those (or I'm telling myself I do :D ).
By the way TOB9595 you take cool pics , I have tried that many times but they never turn out good hehe.

Hey, I got a pair of those for my tackle box, at a fishing store that was going under, for $2! They still last, might move them to my truck!

I've had a pair of those for years; they seem to last forever. A couple of my friends have bought scissors that look exactly like that for a much lower price and found they're useless. You get what you pay for....
