I don't know this for sure, but I remember hearing that the small and large Seb both use the same size pivot screw along with all hardware. To me, it seems that if that were true, the large would be more likely to contort, twist, bend, you name it, whenever you are torquing or putting great pressure on the pivoting area. The large model would just put so much more leverage on the locked-open blade....let me re-phrase.... Mentally, you are more likely to use the larger model for heavier chores vs having the small for similar jobs. Anyone else with me on this one?
