Small Sebenza blade swap?

Hey guys. I really want to get a Box Elder Small Sebenza that has an Insingo blade, but it appears that they aren't making them anymore. I was curious to know: Would I be able to swap the Insingo blade from a plain Small Sebenza and just put it into a Box Elder frame? Are all Small Sebenza frames the exact same size? That would be awesome if so. Thanks!

I swapped small 21 blades (insingo & drop point). Keep washers with the blade and it MAY work. Haven't tried with a 31.

Should be hit or miss. The blades are hand fitted, so their is no guarantee it will fit properly, but it may.

Hey guys, I have never done this and I don't want to mess my precious CRK up. I had a whimsical idea of swabbing the blade and body on two sebenzas. They are technically machined identically. However, the hand-fitting process may also cause microscopic adjustment. Would they fit and function...

If you're going from 21 to 21 and they are close in age, I've had really good luck swapping blades in Sebenzas, As far as 31 to 21 it should not work....

copperkiddx they’ve never offered the wood inlay with insingo blade option so that’s why you’re having trouble finding one.
