I got my first CRK a smal sebenza a week ago. But my lock up is about 80%. I just noticed this today. Are all sebenzas like this just making sure bothing is wrong with mine. Also once in about 30 times the knife is opened the lock get stuck and i have to use two hands or alot of strength with one hand. I just relubed the knife and it hasnt happened since. Any other tips?

My small sebenzas all lock up between about 40 and 75 percent, so yours is not too far off. CRK spec is between 50-70% for sebenzas leaving the shop. How old is the knife? Posting a picture would be helpful!
To answer your question, try taking the knife apart and cleaning/lubing it. You can also try putting sharpie or pencil on the lockface to keep it from sticking.

Personally, I have never had a CRK with a sticky lockbar. I would send it in just for that. But, that may be just me. Good luck and welcome to the CRK side of things. :)

It was born mid September 2014. And i have no idea how to send pics from phone still kinda new here.

I have had a ton of Sebenzas and they have all ranged from 50-80% or so, but without measuring it with some kind of fancy micrometer it is a little hard to eyeball. If you can see some of the blade tang, there is no blade play whatsoever, then I would say you are golden.

As far as sticky lock bar--I have had a few sticky ones, including some of the old Regulars, but usually the stickiness is very mild and doesn't require two-handed force to disengage. Clean, lube, re-assemble, and re-assess.

For what it is with, here is the lockup of my small Insingo, circa 2011 model year. Lockup had always been late and hasn't moved at all as far as the eye can see:

I have a couple that came brand new around 80%. That's normal, and they don't move. Sometimes if you really squeeze the knife you can make the lock go even closer to the slab, but again that's normal. The knives are designed to be both safe and strong, so the lock up is secure and deep, like it should be on a proper folder.

Have never experienced a sticky lock on the 5 CRKs I've had in my possession, but my small does have a quite stiff lockbar that takes a decent bit more effort to press in than my large. After not handling the small for awhile and then picking it back up and playing with it, it's possible to get a sore thumb from unlocking. Gives the knife a definite tank solid feel though.
