small sebenza lockup question

I've recently purchased a small sebenza and it seems that the lockup is a bit shy of where it should be. It might be just fine and maybe I'm just being obsessive. I'd appreciate some opinions if anyone would like to comment.
Thanks.

Thanks.

Fixed it for you. Looks fine to me, disassemble it and reassemble it the lock up should be alright. Just don't start spinewhacking concrete blocks with it while cutting.

Looks fine to me. With use it will slowly move over toward the other scale anyway. And, as stated above, a quick breakdown, lube, and reassembly, wouldn't hurt. Every time I get a new Seb (or a user in a trade, especially), I disassemble/clean/lube it.

Blade grind appears to be a bit uneven in that second photo. Sweet looking Sebbie though.

Usually this question goes the other way around. :D It's fine, assuming that is how it locks up with a gentle opening.

Nice looking knife:thumbup: I prefer a fairly early lock-up. If that concerns you, don't even consider a Hinderer:D

Thanks guys. It's much appreciated. Here's another pic. I really love this knife.

I really love mine too, especially how the scales don't get smudged when handling.Great edc finish that looks cool in my opinion ; )

The lockup in mine is more than yours but I'm sure yours is just fine.I'd like one of those cool skull lanyards to go with the web pattern, anyone know where I can find one?

Do a search. There are a few folks on here that sell them. One guy has different kinds, and also puts glow paint in the eye sockets. Pretty cool.

Go to alexandersoutdoors.com He has skulls. Great guy to deal with and makes any style lanyard you would like.
