Hello everyone...Having read alot of threads where peopel are interested in buyign a sebenza but are unsure of which model to get...questions like is the small sebenza too small...Or is the big too big? well I do not have a large, but I do own a small classic with micarta inlays, so...just starting a new youtube account I figured I would make a short video for all of you wondering...Pictures are good, but video is better, I hope this helps some of you to realize exactly how big the small sebenza is in the hand...

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the video. Too big or small depends on the size of your hand and the job. My large size 9 hand fits the large nicely and that is my EDC especially for the bigger jobs .It's better for lots of cardboard cutting ,cutting branches etc. My smaller on has not been used for a while, but if I had a desk job I'd use it..

I hear ya...I wear a large size glove...so for me I can go either way, I love the small, but also want a large too...lol...

excellent video, very informative! loved it! thank you for taking the time for making it.

Cool vid. I would probably just go with the large, just cause I like big knives.

Having the chance to carry and use this knife, I too want the large version as well, just cause, lol...:D Can't have too mnay nice knives...I LOVE the inserts, but if I were to get a large I woudl gte a plain or graphic regular, for variety...

Just a suggestion...

If you can, you might want to shoot with more lights and a smaller f stop. Or maybe and auto focus camera. That way the knife
wouldn't be out of fcus as much when you move it closer to the camera.

Thanks for the video. It's always better seeing the knife in someones hand to better judge if you would be happy with the size.

Photos can be very deceiving.

Cheers

Thanks for the tips, I don't know much about filming, and I had to borrow a friends camera to make this so I was unfamilar with it already, lol, but I will try to do that for future vids so they come out even better, Thanks again!

haha, yeah I still want a large seb, and maybe one of his fixed blades, but Im gonna be broke again for a while...so no new CR goodies for me anytiem soon...:(

great video!

i have owned a large micarta scaled sebbie. i loved the feel of the large in my xxl hands. it was perfect. i ended up selling it though. why? because i carry my knives in my pocket. i plop my knives in my pocket and let it just roll around and sit there. the sebbie was too big for my pocket when i wear my dress pants for work. in jeans the large sebbie fit fine.

so, i am now saving up for a small. when i sold my large, i bought some more mods for my car. lol, i spend too much money.

I personally think the Small Sebenza is enough knife to tackle most jobs, but the Large is a really great size, fills the hand nicely and feels about tough enough to replace fixed blades. The Large is not an excessive size and also slips into the pocket easily, without taking up a lot of space. The two sizes are pretty complimentary and if I needed a larger blade I wouldn't hesitate to buy the Large, but I generally do not, so I'm content with just my Small for now.

thats a good way of saying it...If the small was smaller and the large was even larger it might make peopel sdecision a bit easier, lol...but its hard to choose whats best without havign them both in your hands...And I know alot of people including ymself get the majority of their knives online, where they can't get a feel for a knife, but have to rely of pictures on websites, and dimensions listed...makes things harder to choose...

When I had both in my hands I still couldn't decide which I liked better!
