Small Sebenza w/o a clip, removing the clip scuff?

I just purchased an Sebenza small and I've been using it with the clip insert however there seems to be a rather unattractive scuff where the clip contacts the lock bar. If it was any other wear that I caused I wouldn't mind as much but it just seems so unnatural. Is there any way to get rid of it short of having it get sent back to be beadblasted?

To my knowledge re-blasting is the only way, other than changing the entire finish such as scotchbrite or distressed.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. If you use it it's going to get some marks and scratches on it.

It wouldn't be seb without some character marks. Chris made the 21 to be 'used' not treated like a $1000 knife. :D:)

Alright yea, it's nothing too bad just hurts seeing the first mark (especially one I didn't cause!)

No biggie though, I'm sure the knife will see more scratches later on in its life just from being used. thanks for the input guys

Try this with caution, but take a scotch brite pad and gently try to blend the scuff out. LIGHTLY rub the clip scuff and it should blend in, although it will be noticeable that the area has been altered.
