Small shoulder bag for essentials

I'm looking for a smallish leather camera case with a detachable shoulder strap. I'd wear this when my large Podzilla shoulder bag is not convenient.

It should look classy. I would want to be able wear it when I'm in my formal suit.

It should be small enough to be carried under a polar fleece half-zip without buldging too much. It should also be large enough to hold a some "essentials": a CMG Infinity Ultra, Princeton Tec Blast, Victorinox Mdnite MiniChamp II, Mini- Bic, and a few first aid items.

Any suggestions?

I kind of like Billingham camera bags. They're not fully leather but are quite classy compared to some other camera bags. I don't know how big you'll want 'em to be but they do have some nice smaller bags.
