Small Silver Twill G10 and Hamon Fixed Blade

Heres one I finished up this morning...if you see an orange hue on the blade in pics, its from my orange teeshirt :P Let me know what you think! Ive been liking clay work in small blades alot lately so have been experimnting....

1/8" 1084, clay hardened
Silver twill G10
Dyed leather sheath
Thong hole with braided pull.

Yep, i got stencils a while back and they are now on all my knives. Im still getting better at etching those things in!

I had forgot how nice this woven g10 looks. Stuff polishes up like glass.
 
You did well on the photography for the silver twillG10, that's some irritating stuff to get the light right for! I like your hamon a lot, too.
 
That's a beauty. The silver G10 really blends well with that blade. Nice hamon!
 
Looks great! The hamon is sweeet! I just got some nitric acid to try for etching... Should be interesting.

Thanks guys! I have about 4 more of these on the bench right now that I hope to finish soon. They will all have a different style hamon and varying handle materials....maroon micarta, orange and black G10, and dyed burl.
 
Sweet knife. I normally am not a fan of G10 on fixed knives, but that looks very nice. Also the Hamon is outstanding. Steven
