well I received my small tanto cuda and it is an awesome knife!!! 
The lockup is solid and the knife feels nice and "beefy" in the hand. Not like most smaller one handers that feel "tiny". This one feels good!!!
I had seen some emersons fairly cheap at and thought nice, but I like my cuda much more. Aside from the fact that I owned two cqc7's before and the finish on them was awful (to say the least), One had a really bad grind line running down the middle of the blade (you could catch with your fingernail), and the other had a scale that was ground very noticeably crooked (didnt come close to matching the other one).
...Yes I think I'll stick with my cuda!!!
