Small tool pouch for belt carry?

So the basic situation is this, I'm a corporate AV tech working at a small resort. Since I work in several rooms, across several buildings, I like to keep a few things handy at all times. At the moment I carry my phone (galaxy nexus in a defender case, maxped large radio holster) LM rebar in leather, keys and card on one ring and a nite-ize key rack with LM style cs(for the scissors) Fenix E05, Widgy bar, and lens cloth. The other thing, is I really don't like stuff in thigh pockets.

I'm looking for a pouch where I can carry some of this stuff a little tighter, still have quick access to it. most of the combi holsters I've seen are based around 2xAA maglights, which I'm not planning on going back to (although it is oddly still the industry standard). and I probably use my flashlight more than anything else on a day by day basis.

My work uniform is semi-corprate so no cargo pockets, which puts the standard maxped organizers out, as well as them not being all that quick.

My first thought was maxped as I already have a ton of their stuff, but I didn't see anything that really struck me as effective for what I wanted. The nite-ize holsters look good, but are based around maglights and multi-tools, and I prefer having my MT separate. I'm kind of thinking something like a barnacle or anemone pouch, but half the depth?

Its a tall order, but does anyone have any ideas?

Not sure if any of these will fit the bill perfectly, but they have many pouches for many EDC applications, give them a look over. http://skinthsolutions.com/

After looking over what you want take a gander at the skinth xl and magnum. Seems like what you need. Also be sure to check out their available options as they can add a lot of versatility.

Thanks for the tip. I've pulled the trigger on a modified OG. I'll do a review when it comes in. Pretty $$ but if it does all that it claims, and they are semi-custom, so hopefully it does the job. And I'm always keen to support a canadian company, and that helped a lot with the decision.
I did look at the bigger pouches, but only the biggest would fit my phone, so I didn't think that was going to work out well. If I go left side with my phone, and keep all the tools together, it should balance out I think. I also considered doing a very small sheath for just the tools, but the leather I have for my rebar is getting old (from an older tool) so I may as well replace it completely. There were a few there that would hold nearly everything I ever use, but that's what a toolbox is for :D no need to carry the kitchen sink all the time.

Awesome, looking forward to a review. Please shoot me a message when you post it up as Id love to read it!

Just got told that it will be a 4 week lead to shipping (then two to get to me) so I'll do my best to remember. I would have loved to order a couple from them, but fiscal responsibility dictated otherwise at this time.

I like the Skinths, got one custom made for my LM Wave with bits and my Vic Huntsman. I hope to eventually get a smaller one made for my 4Sevens Mini MLR2, Vic Midnite Manager and LM Squirt P4 for "discreet" business attire. I was originally using a nylon belt carry case made for a pair of nitrile/latex gloves but it bulges a bit more than I'd like.
Here's some quick crappy pics I took a while back.
