CRK Family,

There are very few places in the world where people GET this whole CRK thing. I love the comraderie and fellowship we have with one another. Most people, when looking at this knife would say a passing comment such as "neat" or "that looks cool" and move on their way. That is NOT the response these pics should elicit from the CRK room--you have such high-level tastes that I know you will enjoy looking at this one!

To be honest, I know very little about this particular Damascus or the design, but I know I like the way it looks and I absolutely love the small Regulars!

Is this yours? It's an amazing example of the Gary House Zebra Damascus that CRK had in a small supply in 2004-2005. They ordered it to make the 21st anniversary Sebenza (21 of the Large Classic style with ZD and a star-garnet inlay). After the 21 anniversary larges were produced, CRK had enough left over to do a few misc. knives. I've seen a couple of Mnandi, a large Classic w/ ivory inlays, and now this small Regular with the pattern. Very cool, and very limited. There's a brief description on a letter included with the 21st Anniversary knife that I'll try to dig up and copy here later. I'd love to have another of these blades one day :friendly_wink:

Thanks for the input! Very cool to know some of the history.

One of my all-time favorite damascus offerings. Very limited and I believe it was a CRK exclusive. Zebra is constructed from 1084 high carbon steel, 4600E and pure nickel. It is a beautiful damascus, especially in person.
Not sure of the exact time frame it was used, but I know it was used for Mnandis from at least 2002 to 2007.
Congrats and thanks for sharing!

Wow, that's incredible! Very nice acquisition.

Thanks for kind words!

Thanks for the info on the steel--that's pretty cool to know!

Absolutely LOVE it!
Wowza! Congrats.

Thanks sis!

Congrats on a Very Unique unique ! It's great that you have a piece of CRK history that's very special. I carry most of my CRK's... I wouldn't blame you if this is a

safe queen tho. There are some marks on the back scale, I'd say go for it.

Clockman--it has a few superficial marks on the back. I too carry and use my CRK's, but maybe this one will need to be an exception? Not sure yet!

Outstanding ... on so many levels. Color me envious! You've made my day. Thanks for posting this one.

I should feel very happy for you but instead I am filled with lust and envy. Magnificent piece you have there, a truly unique Sebenza! All jokes aside, enjoy it in good health and thanks for sharing!

I have felt that same way many times sir! Thanks for the comments!

Absolutely outstanding, I've got a few that I can't bring myself to use, just look at and enjoy the beauty of the knife. Simple but yet exquisite in the build and quality. That my friend is what you have right there. I've got plenty of others that get to do the daily chores.

That knife is the bomb! Terrific combination of beauty and brawn! Now is the real reason you posted this to get comments or was it to make us jealous because I for one am certainly jealous. Enjoy my friend….

AJack--thanks for the comments. Nothing wrong with a safe dweller, as long as you have a CRK workhorse as well!

FordFan--truthfully? I want the envy!!!

Very Very Nice. Gary House makes some amazing damascus. I am lucky enough to have one of his, a large regular sebenza with Mosaic Damascus. Very Nice and unique to be sure.
