I finished up another blade for the OKCA show in April. I got some moral support from John Doyle and Mike Turner, I think it turned out nice.

Specs:
Steel: 1/8" 1084
OAL: 8"
Blade: 4"
Guard: Turner Wrought Iron W/G10 Spacer
Handle: Contoured Ironwood

no bullshit, that's the finest looking knife, to my eye, I've seen you make.
you are definitely on the right track!

Thanks everyone for the kind words, I feel good about this style and will be making a few more over time.

Steve - Thanks I love the look and feel of Ironwood, I snatched some locally and have been using it every chance I get
Mike - You will have to burry that Wrought Iron Pile for sure when I get there in April!!!
Lorien - My next one will be a bit bigger and the clip will be thinner.
Todd - Thank you, If I remember right you told me what table you were at at OKCA but I can't find that post....

I agree with Lorien. My favorite of yours so far. I like the blade and the lines on the whole piece a lot.

I also like the close up shot of the butt end. I like all the little lines and rays that can be seen in the ironwood.

Really nice job Ryan.

Great looking knife Ryan.
Each one of your knives looks even better.
I agree with the other guys that you are moving in the right direction.
