I m finishing with work on my new belt grinder .So I want to make small wheel attachment , . In my search on web I found this two different tools ....I can make both type but the first difference is in the price of cost .A can t see any disadvantages on second one attachment , the one with wheel without bearing ?

Does the axle rotate on a bearing of the yellow one? If not I don't think the bushings would last long.

I believe the one with the yellow wheels the axle is what has the bearings. Looks to be a decent setup.

Yes , axle rotate on two big bearing . Anyway they are bigger then this on another type attachment . .....So , no need for bearing for every Dia. attachment ?

If you are ok with unbolting your wheels when you want to change sizes, that looks nice. I use a couple of different wheel sizes and swap them enough that it would annoy me.

With the right size bearing , say half inch inner Dia. , it is also possible to use it for contact wheel ? One tool arm for all ?

I personally would have a hard time making either one with the tooling I have. I definitely like how that one gives you more access to the wheel. That could be very handy on some projects, however I'm not sure how small of a wheel it would allow you to go down to and you would need to use tools to swap out wheels.. That would be a sacrifice from one version to the other as I see it.

That does not bother me at all.Plus it is easy/cheap to make when needed any Dia . new wheel , no need for another pair bearing ? I have no experience with this tool so I can t see/notice any disadvantages from practical/mechanical side ...?

The smallest dimension can be the axle itself . Let's say half an inch ?

If you don't plan on using anything smaller than that it sounds like a good fit for you. I have wheels that go down to I believe 1/4" although I don't use them very often.

I made the top example and kept the axle the same size - around 3/8" diameter, then used a rubber bushing to cover for different size wheels. My first was the all metal wheels as shown, but like a rubber covered wheel better. The cost of bearings is so small it's not really an issue. Seems like bearing cost is less than $1 each? I like being able to pop one size out for another easy.

As I say , have no experience with this , just loud thinking :)Thanks for answering  I wonder what is smallest radius belt can be run without harm ...1/4" look very thin ?

The only time I've used the smaller of the wheels has been with a higher grit belt that can flex more than a lower grit belt without ruining it.

I have one like the top one but only with one rubber wheel with bearings. Where's a good place to purchase additional rubber wheels?
