Smaller chainring bolts

I'm looking for a bolt that looks exactly like a chainring bolt but only half the size around .250 most chainrings are prob .400-.5. I have scoured the interwebz looking at sexbolts(lol), binding bolts, and Chicago screws with no luck. It seems that ones I'm looking for use a 8-36 Todd screw on one end.

I would appreciate any help,

I spoke with Dervish knife maker John, he uses them but doesnt know where to get more since he got them from a buddy. I hope he doesnt mind I plug a pic of his great looking knives to show every one a pic.

Nope thats for trying though.

They are close but there are no threads on the outside of the insert, just smooth.

through a round about way I guess I got Stacey at usaknifemarker.com to make some up for both 6-32 and 8-32 screws so they should be done in a few weeks.
