Bought one of these off e-bay for about $13 with shipping and got it about two weeks ago and since then it has become my edc. Locks up great, fast to employ with thumbhole.Easy to carry due to thinness and conceals well in my front pocket . And does it ever cut, very sharp out of box, karambit style blade makes it great for utility work, and at under $20 I don't feel bad whipping it out for just about any job. Things I don't like is the paint job, urban camo though preferred by mall ninja's isn't my thing and the blade is labelled surgical, leading me to believe that it might not be the greatest knife in the long run. Having fun a good amount of fun with it now and definitely feel it was money well spent.

I have 2 S&W Special Tacticals and one Extreme Ops (not sure of exact model; it's a huge folding knife), and they're decent knives. They're all well worth the $10-13 each I paid for them.

I do beleive the blade is stainless, and titanium oxide coated. Even so, the blade is pretty friggin hard. I used this knife for simple training excercises with a live blade on wood. It's still as sharp as it was out of the box, but the finish has blurred a bit on the tip. I was sinking it up to 3/8" into wood, pine and old plywood.
For the price i'd say its an excellent buy.
