even though smith and wesson are known for making lower quality knives, i ordered the smith and wessom magic assisted opening folder. i really like it a lot. its a small knife, the size of a bm mini grip, but heavier. its only 40 dollars or so, and comes in a few different designs. i like the tanto one the best. if you guys are looking for something different/new and dont really have anything in particular in mind, you may want to try this one. it also comes with a safety and it comes in different colors. oh yeah! i almost forgot to mention this little knife comes with a tiny glassbreaker at the end as well! great little knife!!!

wow, looks pretty cool, though the blade shape does seem a little impractical. smith and wesson has always had great designs, but it's the poor craftsmanship that keeps me away from their knives. how's the fit and finish on yours?

i have to say that the knife i received was better than i was expecting. i hesitated on buying this knife for a while because i feared it was going to be low quality, but it was pretty decent.

here are better pics of the knife.

Bladeplay.com....Heheh.

are they shady or something??? ive never ordered anyting from them, i only took the pics cause it showed the knife closer to how it really looks than the pics on knifecenter.

remember, then knife is quite small, the size of a bm mini grip. compact little knife with a glassbreaker, and i find the design of this particular tanto one very eye catching. im quite pleased with this s&w knife so far.
