Smith knife sharpener...any good?

Hi guys,

I was knocking around my local Dicks Sporting Goods to see if I could find any good deals and came across this knife sharpening system.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they any good or should I just go ahead and get a Spyderco or Lansky?

I've heard the lansky are beter but at the right price go for it

I have the smiths below that one it just missing the Fine Arkansas stone and the retractable sharpener. It worked fine but the wider hones didn't fit my re curved blades nicely. I switched to the lansky and it fits the re curves better but doesn't have the cutting speed of the diamond hones. Bought my first water stones today, only sharpened one knife with them (1000 and 4000) and love it, I know see why so many people love freehand
