Brand new, in-box Smith & Wesson SW-830. $25 delivered to the lower 48.

This knife is marked as 'First Production Run', is a Military Model, and is made in the USA.

The SW-830 is a Wide Fixed Blade Boot Knife. The knife has a Kraton handle with molded guard. It has a stainless steel 4 1/4" double edged blade. 9 1/2" overall and includes leather sheath with a belt/boot clip.

If interested, contact me at fzuccarini@wideopenwest.com

Thanks.................Frank

I am interested in your knife. Does it say made in USA? Does it mention what steel is used?

Thanks,
John

The knife blade is stamped as shown in the photo:

"MILITARY #830 U.S.A."
"FIRST PRODUCTION RUN"

The box reads: "MADE IN THE U.S.A."

The back of the sheath is embossed:

"MADE IN"
"USA"

The only other markings on the blade are:

"STEEL" and
"Smith & Wesson"

There is no indication of the type of steel used, I'm sorry.

This is not a Benchmade-grade knife, but it is very cool and pretty lethal looking. It is definately worth $25, in my opinion.
