I just got the new SMKW catalog today. On the back cover is a "Schrade 100th Anniversary Commemorative Truck and Knife Set." Price- $24.99.

I called them up..............yup, made in China. :mad: :barf: :mad:

Look out for them on ebay if you are in the market for the real Schrade 100th Anniversary set. It is a red '56 Ford F-100 & a 3-1/4" red jigged bone stockman (made in China).

Wasn't the 100th anniversary two years ago?

Did they take a leson from Disney on how to drag an anniversary out for several years?
 
... it is a second anniversary of the 100th anniversary commemorative. Or a way to move some leftover decals and a pile of unsold Ertyl trucks? They throw in a free knife in with the deal? Did the packaging look like their 100th Ann truck packaging? Maybe it was the boxes they had a mound of? And they throw in a truck and a knife?
