I am asking this question out of ignorance I guess so please bear with me. Why have so many forumites listed their SMOG Wardens for sale as sets and refused to break them apart? Did I miss something along the road somewhere?
Yeah the reason I ask this is selfish I guess. I have been looking for a serrated SMOG for some time now. I just don't understand the desire to keep them together. I mean, once they are sold the buyer can do what they want with them. One of my interests in life is WWI US military rifles. The Sprigfield 1903 and the US Model of 1917 (also known as: the P'17 or even the Enfield). If I am selling one and I know the buyer plans to sporterize it, I won't close the sale to him. These are too historically valuable and there are enough sporterized/butchered versions out there for these people to practice their craft on. We are talking about rifles here though.
I am not trying to insult anyone here, I just don't understand it. Can someone explain this to me. Enlighten me so to speak. Thank you ahead of time for clueing in this "clueless" old fart.
