I'm not much of a religious man, buy I figure I'll take any help I can get on this one. Ended up in the hospital severely anemic. Surgeon I know personally, so he shot straight with me, said it's probably a recurrence of a lymphoma I beat 10 years ago. Went to remove the lymph nodes, went well, but had a nasty respiratory reaction to the anesthesia and ended up in ICU. I'm a bit depressed and more than a little scared. Feels like I'm never gonna get out of this place. They've pumped 6 units of blood into me and so far nothing.

Thanks for listening to me whine a bit. Y'all are the best.

Smoke sent, man. Hang in there.

Hang in there buddy, you'll get through this. Keep your head up. Prayers sent. Positive thoughts sent.

Hi Insipid Moniker

The wee hours can bring such worry and sadness like no other time ... especially if you are not home. Strength, comfort and health to you. The dawn is likely lighting up your window right now. May your hope brighten right along with it.

Smoke and prayers IM.
Be positive, do your best to control your emotions and don't get bummed out. Communicate with the doctors and make sure you understand what they say and ask all the questions you need to.

Thanks again, both ladies and gentlemen. Had a bit of time to pull myself together and get a bit more positive outlook. I know how beatabld this thing is because I did it 10 years ago. So aorst case scenario is a enemy I know and beat and the weapons have gotten a darn sight better in the last 10 hears.

Thank you again for all the support.

Never give up. Like you said, you know you can beat it, you did once before.

I hope we hear from you back home and feeling stronger soon!

Prayers and good vibes going your way. Keep a strong and positive state of mind. Even when things are looking a bit rough, the smallest positives are the building blocks for moving forward. Hang in there.
