Smoke and prayers for my father

Pops is laid up in the hospital right now. Had to have kidney dialysis today after complications from a routine test. I've been pulling 12 hour days all week running (trying to run) our family business. Did 13 hours today. Please keep us in your thoughts. I might not be around much for a little while but I will check in whenever I can. Thanks everyone. Y'all are like a kooky, dysfunctional second family to me.

I know all about family business. It can be rough when the Big Dog is out of commission. My dad was hospitalized over the summer, and it was a tough go keeping everything going. You're a good son. Be gentle with yourself, as Kismet would say.
