Although I've drifted by from time to time, I haven't had enough good humor left in me to participate for quite a while. I doubt anyone except Yvsa can appreciate the situation. We have both been through some debilitating times, and made it only because each of us was blessed with our Barbs. Now, I'm watching mine deteriorate. Two well-reputed neurologists, and a couple they've referred me to, say that she isn't suffering from Alzheimers. They all agree it is something else. None of them will put a handle on it, and until it is diagnosed, no one will offer a treatment. Even six months ago, I would take a horsewhipping before I would bawl in public, but I'm about at a dead end. I need to shake something loose, find another direction to check out.

Oh, Walosi, I'm so sorry:( I'd noticed that you weren't posting as much as you used to, and I am saddened to learn the reason for it. I miss your woodchuck wisdom. Find someone who can figure out what is going on. Once you have a diagnosis, you can figure out a treatment. I can't imagine what you are going through right now. Smoke sent for both of you.

I've missed your solid words, my friend.

My wife and I will both pray for you.

I am so sorry. Your wife needs the right doctor fast. And what you need I just don't know.

I hate to hear bad news. Especeally about the Kids and wives. I'll pray for you and your wife. Hopfully the more prayers the better. I hope you can find the right doctor preetty soon before it is too late.

A younlg friend of mine is going to be operated on tomorrow morning for a problem with his neck. They put him in braces as soon as they saw the MRI. They told nim operate tomorrow or be parilized.

Prayers on the way as I type this. I'll keep them coming.

My heart is on the ground for you and your Barb Bro.:(
Smoke and Prayer will continue.

It's so saddening when bad things happen to good people...:(
Smoke & prayers from my family to yours.
Hang in there Walosi...

I'm sorry it had to be someone you hold precious. Just lit the 3rd stick of incense today. Feels futile, though I know it isn't. Not starting off as a good year.

Do make the very best of the situation, and be very present with your Barb all you can. Enjoy the moment, each moment... Play beautiful music, enjoy all the littel joys, read uplifting books, and do things personally that enable you to "say in the now". Hang out with us guys more often; we miss your authoritative posts and humor. I just lit some smoke for you and your wife, Walosi, and send my best heartfelt thoughts, best wishes, and prayers. Dan
