Hey everyone. This morning at about 9 am EST, my good friend Nancy Yucius succumbed to a four-year battle with cancer.

She leaves behind a husband, children, and grandchildren, as well as a whole bunch of vagabonds like my dad and I whom she put up with for reasons we never quite figured out.

Any smoke you guys could put up would be most welcome. There's a void in many people's lives now that Nancy is gone.

damnit, this hurts...

Smoke and thoughts...

the best parts of me, are those voids that special people have left within me,
live a good life, dream of THEM laughing and be together again one day...

be well,

Smoke from the east. May more good people move through all of our lives, and may we carry their goodness with us as they walk on.

Smoke from Memphis, Tennessee...

You are right, it is hard... Lost my Father in March of 06 and then lost my 2nd
Father last week...

Prayers to you...

Smoke up for all that need it. Cancer is such a cruel disease. My prayers are with you.

Sorry about your loss, smoke sent and may you find peace and strength from within.

My sympathies, and my congratulations.

I mourn the loss of some folks in my life, and after a time, smile at how lucky I was to have them in it at all. Two-edged sword sort of thing.

Be gentle with yourself.

I'm sorry for your loss.
It's hard. It always will be hard. No one likes it. We like it when we've friends like Nancy, and people like you to remember her.
