My Grandmother is going in for heart surgery in the morning (involving just what I don't know yet) and needs all the help she can get.
So if you could, would you please keep her in your thoughts.

If you met her you'd love her.

Thanks.

Prayers from Atlanta, bro. I love her already. Grandmothers are just special that way.

Grand Mothers are probably tougher than you are; nevertheless, prayers from Indiana for a neat lady. She must be, if she's your grandma, right?

Prayers and positive thoughts sent from SC. Best wishes to your grandmother for a speedy recovery.

Eric

Thanks guys.

Yes, she is a neat lady. A daughter of a Cherokee brave, taken off of the reservation by her father when she was a very little girl. She doesn't know where or what day she was born. She thinks she's in the mid 80's She took the Birthdate of her oldest daughter (my Mom) so she'd have something. She just came up for a week long birthday celebration in June.
She's lived in every state. Had a lot of kids...I don't even know all their names. Some were lost in infancy. A high mortality rate back then.
After the loss of Grandpa 25 years ago she went to college to get a degree as a dietition...at 61! She's one of the smartest ladies I know.
Never backed down from a fight if she was in the right or an argument if she was right.
After she got her degree she started as an in-home care taker. She always worked with ladies near her age that had strokes. She always got them to give thier best to improve themselves. The changes in these ladies was often quite dramatic.
Yes, she is quite a neat lady.

Thank you for your positive thoughts and prayers.

Prayers from the Lone Star State for a smooth operation, and a speedy recovery.

Thanks guys,

ups and downs.

Bamboo, Glad you like the bernard. Knew you would. Good size, shape and grind. Heat treat is spot on and a decent steel. At the price you got it, a steal.
