Hi everyone,
I just got off the phone with my aunt... my mom has taken a bad turn for the worse. She is unresponsive and her blood sugar (after meds) is 460. The docs think her systems are shutting down.
My info is sketchy, second hand at best. My brother is on his way to the nursing home and I'm waiting to here what is happening.
Mom has been in the home since Walosi passed back in 05. She has Alzheimer's and has been out of it since before he passed. It was a blessing I guess as she didn't have to experience dad passing away. It has been about three years since she's talked to anyone or recognized my brother.
I just pray that His will be done. If it is her time to leave, then I hope that is is pain-free and quick and she'll be back with Walosi again. Any thoughts/prayers/smoke you can send up would be appreciated.
