This email from my Aunt was waiting in my mailbox:

"They are moving Ron out of ICU this morning. He is stable. The doctors say he has a long way to go but it's a start.

"Thank all of you for your prayers ( emails, phone calls )... They have all been so helpful to Ron and to me. Don't stop now, still need all of your support."

That pretty much says it. I add my own thanks and much gratitude to each and all of you. Rusty

Thanks be to God for this positive step forward. May He continue to heal Ron and comfort you and your family. Prayer works, I have seen to much to disbelieve.

I'm VERY glad to hear that Ron has improved Rus. I'm sending more healing energy from the Chesapeake Bay. Here's to keeping Ron's healing on the move. My Best To You All, Gary

I grew up at Tahoe during the late 50's and 60's before it's clarity was degraded. You could go out on a pier or in a boat and look down it seemed like forever to see massive boulders weighing ton after ton on the bottom.

The point is that I usually disbelieve, most of the time. Like looking at the water's surface when the storm stirs the waves. Then the rock isn't there.

But when I stop "thinking" and focus on past experience, there is an absolutely indisputable and unshakeable knowlege, a noetic experience in my mind, heart and soul that the rock was and is and will continue to be there where it has always been. Even if I can't "see" it at the moment.

I like the saying that:

"Holiness is not a very serious business. I mispeak. It is very serious indeed, but it is not a solemn business."

( So there! )

Glad to hear that Ron is stable and out of ICU.
Perhaps now he can have better rest and keep improving!

Great news Rusty:) :)

Hope the good news continues and we hear that Ron is up and around!
