Smooth Alox Bantam

I read online that there were some smooth Alox Bantams made. Most all have a blue cross and blue advertising print from "Carrier Service Training" on the reverse side. I lucked out and snagged one for a dollar! It's well used/loved, but after a thorough cleaning, oiling & sharpening, it's found it's way into my pocket. What a nice little knife, and that smooth Alox is like having a worry stone in my pocket. I find myself fiddling with it throughout the day.

Yes, smooth alox is very nice. I have several models with those scales.

That is soooo totally cool. I never knew that the bantam was ever made with smooth alox, but it makes sense for an art work covered advertising knife. Can't spray on a logo on checked alox.

That knife has to be put back in use, it's too good to sit around.:thumbup:
