I'm looking for any smooth operating IKBS flippers under $100, preferable around the $50 mark. Any suggestions? Already have the CRKT ripple which I really like and was my first flipper and first IKBS

dont take my word because i have never had one but i have heard great things about the ikoma sampa

And the flipper mod takes all of five minutes to do anyway.

Good to hear that they're offering it as an option from the factory though, no reason not to.

Boom. Althouth it takes a mod to be a flipper, I hear they will be releasing a flipper version. A very good design, one of my current favorite inexpensive production folders.

Already got one of those and have already sent it to be modded! cant wait..any idea on when they will be releasing the flipper version?

I don't know a time frame, just heard it mentioned several times in the Boker forum. I'll be picking one of them up as soon as they hit.

Crkt swindle is nice!

The CRKT Eros is another IKBS based flipper. 2" blade, ti frame and only 0.7 oz. (!) Unbelievably light and a great knife to carry while wearing dress slacks.

Love mine.

$225 though - not within the OP's requirement of under $100.

+1 on the CRKT Eros. It's no where near $225. I have the larger 3" version and got it here in the Exchange for $80 . The blade fires so fast you would swear it is assisted. Awesome knife!

Big fan of the CRKT Eros. The 2" BNIB goes for under $100 and 3" for about $25 more. Fantastic, smooth and fast flipper. So light you won't notice you're carrying it. Impervious to elements.

Has anyone have experience with Columbia River Knife & Tool warranty service?
