So far I am really enjoying it. I managed to get on a suspension clip and it truly disappears in my pocket. I will enjoy carrying this quite a bit on the weekends, since I carry a locking folder at work that gets destroyed day in and day out. I have the green micarta sheepsfoot version. It's sick.

Nice photo. You're right, it's a great knife isn't it? ...BTW, where did you get that clip? It's a clever solution!

It's a "Tec 9" suspension clip. It barely fits--you can get it on but it is hard to get off without scuffing up the micarta. Though once on it moves fairly freely. For me, I did not care about this because I use the crap out of my knives but for some it may be an issue. I am going to try to make a custom solution with the clip and heavy heavy braided fishing line.

I picked up a Proper on the exchange. I am instantly drawn to this knife. I've been wanting a quality slipjoint for awhile, really eyeing the Lionsteel Barlow for a couple months. I saw this and bought it on a whim and I'm very glad I did!

It is fantastically sharp, but my only minor gripe is an obviously uneven bevel near the tip. It is 2X as high on the right side as on the left. Nothing I can't work out, but correcting it near the tip like this has me concerned I will round it off making things worse. I will probably Let it sharpen out over time...

Otherwise, zero complaints! Perfect centering, good fit on the scales all around, and NO scratchiness when opening (as some have ovserved). The opening is smooth with a nice pull, and the spring is flush at all 3 positions. Great knife for the money.
