Yep, that's a speedloader for a .38/.357 S&W K-frame.
In fact we didn't use that one 'cause we had a 6" GP100 instead (voo-ha!) and its little brother, a 4" .22 SP101. We DID use the speedloaders for the .22 'cause they're funny. Also had one for the K-frame .22mag, but that one didn't come out to play.
