Robert, there's a soft spot in my heart for bowies and this one is a beauty. I really like that handle, I'm sure looking forward to seeing the finished jewel!

Great looking Bowie! I think the design is excellent. Though the blade is stouter/wider than some, the great handle balances the appearance, and it looks to be very fast.

Guess I didn't look carefully enough, but from my feeble memory, am assuming it is flat ground, and maybe tapered towards one or both ends.

That handle is really great. The color sets off the steel so well, and looks plenty big enough to easily control the blade, without looking at all bulky.
