Cerakote removal was great, latest blade pivot lap elevated additional pivot smoothness and initial lock interface massaging, all in all, a completely different performing SnG.

Have any photos of the tool you used for lapping the pivot and keeping it concentric?

Red taps indicate where two sided emery goes, leading smaller od protrusion has a .0002" fit into blade pivot hole. Two different size to suite application. I am sure you got the idea.

Making similiar lap tool to lap new .015" thick phosphor bronze pivot washers to replace the oem teflon on my XM-18's next - among other things. ;)
