No its not one of those threads again :p

I like knives from both companies. I broke down and ordered myself a large classic Seb (my first plain...the other two are decorated models) and a Gen 6 SnG from Neil at True North Knives.

Sometimes I feel like everybody hates me but at least I know for sure that Visa loves me :)

The order has now been confirmed and my new knives should be here on Friday.

Can't wait.

you're single aren't you?

My wife watches the Amex card like a hawk. :grumpy: I need to find a way to launder our money around.

personally i thought the sng was a hair too small.

i like my SMF more better-er:thumbup:

...and have lots and lots of sebbies!

buy what YOU like, not what everyone else says too!

Good choices. You're going to like 'em both, though I agree with LaBella about the SMF.

Great choices. I have a large Sebenza and an SnG and both are first-rate. Biggest problem with them is choosing which to carry.

nice pickups! i have an SnG right now and it's my favorite knife. i've owned a small Sebbie and it was too small. someday i'll get my dream Sebbie... a large lefty with BG-42 and dual studs. i guess i'm just a sucker for a good frame lock (current line up: SnG, Bump and TNT)

I am there with you on that brother!!! I have all 3 of those knives, and I LOVE them!!!

Both are excellent. I prefer the SNG, but it is strictly a personal thing. I think the Sebbies tend to be more refined while the SNG/SMF's are more utilitarian. Good job on the win/win purchase.
