I’m sure I’m late to the party per usual , as I just discovered Sniper Bladeworks Reload series. I’ve always been a fan of the their knives but I forgot about them until now. I’m smitten with the LPC and DMF. So I just ordered myself a new DMF. I’m excited to handle that beefy beauty.
Anyway , I noticed on the DLT site (where I ordered my DMF) that it says the SBW knives are made in Taiwan. I was under the impression that they were made in the USA. And other dealers like KC and BHQ have them listed as being made in the USA. I was confused so I emailed Jason at DLT and he said that these knives are made in Taiwan. I have no problem at all with a Taiwanese knife. Some of my favorite Spyderco’s are made in Taichung. So maybe some of the SBW Reloads are made at different shops in different countries. Or perhaps it’s just an oversight on the KC and BHQ sites. Either way , these knives are right up my alley and I plan on buying more than one. I was just baffled and curious why some say Taiwan and some say USA.
