I posted this in general but I thought I might put it here too.

I recently picked up one of Snody's Boot/Hunter pattern blanks for $59. It came with a block of walnut so I just decided to go with it because I wanted this build to be on the
cheap. Blade is 5" of 3/16" 154CM that is double shallow hollow ground by Mike. I decided to use black and yellow liners to contrast with the black walnut. Epoxy and Corby rivets plus the knife
all totaled about $60. I think that pretty good for a Snody blade! I will probably use this as a field/woods knife. This is probably my 4th or 5th build putting on scales and liners. Getting easier!
