SnodyKnives Custom Folder Refurbish Policy
The cost to refinish a Snody Custom Folder is $99.00 + Insured Shipping.
I can only refurbish stock un-altered knives. If the knife has been pimped, re-ground, modifed or altered I can not restore it. The $99.00 Refurb package includes satin finish blade, bead blast/anodizing, tune up and resharpening. Your Folder will be returned to you insured for full value. I can not change the color of the knife or the texture for example I can not satin finish a frame that was originally bead blasted or change anodizing color from gold to blue. I can not change the scales or the blade grind.
I can not change the blade finish or logo for example mirror polish a satin blade. I can not customize or personalize a knife.
I can not customize the lock bar engagement or change the detent.
The SnodyKnives Folder Refurbish Program Restores Snody Custom Knives (as close as possible) to their Original State when they first built..
Basically if you send in a Snody Custom Folder for refurb I am going to restore the knife back (as close as possible) to its original condition and configuration..
SnodyKnives shop rate is $75.00 per hour and all repairs that do not fall under warranty coverage or basic refurbishing will be billed at this rate...

Snody Custom Knives Warranty
Your Snody knife is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship and has a limited lifetime warranty, to the original owner. SnodyKnives will without charge, repair or replace at our (SnodyKnives's) option, any knife returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by SnodyKnives. This guarantee is void if the knife has been abused beyond normal wear and tear or used beyond what are considered the normal parameters for a folding knife. It is up to the discretion of SnodyKnives whether to repair or replace damaged or defective items, and we reserve the right to replace old or out of date parts with new parts as necessary.
No Cash refunds will be given.
This Warranty does not cover normal wear, resharpening of the blade, damage caused by neglect, misuse or the failure to perform normal or necessary maintenance, damage caused by abuse, accident, improper sharpening, alterations, normal wear to moving parts, normal wear to lock surfaces, corrosion, customized, loss, improper handling, disassembly of any knife by anyone other than SnodyKnives, pimped knives, re-ground Knives or shipping costs for returned knives.
Your Snody Custom Knife is designed and constructed to withstand the rigors of extreme use, but it is a knife not a hammer or screwdriver and it is not intended for use as such. This knife is a cutting tool and is not designed for throwing. Do not use your new knife as a screwdriver, prybar, chisel or punch. Do not throw your knife or use it for any purpose other than cutting. Do not disassemble your knife. Do not let anyone pimp or re-grind your knife. Do not sharpen your knife on a power grinding wheel. Any of these acts will void your Warranty.
This knife has only one use, as a cutting tool. Snody Custom Knives carry no warranty except as expressly contained herein. SnodyKnives disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than for use as a cutting tool. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description contained herein. Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer.
No Cash Refunds will be given.. Snody Custom Knives Warranty Guarantees that your knife is free of defects in materials and workmanship. Repair work that falls outside of Warranty Coverage will be billed at $75.00 per shop hour...
