Snow Fire in NC

I usually head to the range on Wednesdays, but I got snowed out. Instead, I thought I'd make a video about how easy it is to make a fire in the snow. After spending the time in the peace and quiet of the woods, I realized it would be a shame to ruin the experience by narrating over it.

So, yes, this is just a video of me going through the process of gathering fuel, making and tending a fire, and safely extinguishing it before leaving. I've always found these kinds of videos soothing to watch, and I thought some of you might feel the same way.

i enjoyed the video and yes i find it soothing too. makes me wish i was in the woods instead of the office. thanks for sharing.
 
Yeah , nothing like a warm fire when you're out playing in the snow :thumbup:
This was a small fire to make a hot drink of tea .
