I carry a Kyptonite Ball and Chain lock, DaKine Tool, Platypus Sport bottle, Motorola Talkabout, wallet, a few knives (usually a Military, a Mini-Dyad, and a SAK Manager), lip balm, eye drops, and an energy bar or two.
If I decide to carry my digital camera, I'll use a Mountainsmith Tour pack with Strapettes.
I used to use a North Face GoreTex pant, but it didn't have enough pockets, and the lack of insulation made my butt cold when I was sitting on the snow. I'm actually very impressed with Oakley's clothes; they are well thought out and well engineered. I got a good price on them last year, otherwise I don't have any issue with buying another maker's pants. Bonfire was going to be my first choice, but Burton and K2 make good stuff too.
If I were to buy new equipment, I'd probably buy strap bindings (I like the Ride EX's) for a lighter boot. The Northwaves are really nice, but I end up waiting for my partners to strap in anyway.
Oh yeah: Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and Northstar
