I just ordered a snowpeak kettle #1, from snowpeak. It is stainless steel & holds about 1 quart & has a bail for hanging over a fire. also folding handles, like a GSI mug, except longer, & it has a pour spout, like a coffee pot. it also has a lid . I think it will be a great piece of kit.
 
It is a great piece of kit. I have one and I love it. I carry it with a trangia alcohol stove nested inside it.

Snow Peak's little kettle is actually well designed. These aren't pictures of mine, but they give you a good idea of the size and design:

Well that's quite nice! Looks like it would do double duty for boiling OR cooking.
 
Ordered mine Sunday August 7th & it arrived Wed. August 10th. I had it shipped USPS $3.45 Pretty good for US Mail. UPS was over $8.00 & I probably still would not have it yet. I love the pot. I think it will be my main bushcraft pot.
 
I'm calling that a pot and Snow peak is just trying to shag in on the kettle fetish out there.
