Snugpak Jungle or Sleeper Light?

Been lurking for a while, now updating my 20 year-old kit. Jeff and ESEE have earned my respect from how they deal with folks here, I've learned a lot, and now have a 5 and Izula (and can't wait for the Laserstrike). I'd love to hear folks' view on the temperature ratings for Snugpak bags, is it realistic to use a Jungle bag at its comfort rated 45 degrees? Or should I go with the Sleeper Lite square foot rated at 32 (and roast at 60?)? This will be a late Spring to early fall bag in central VA, and will be used on top of high R-value Exped 7 Synmat, so I think an honest 45 rating would work. Also, will these bags fit a 6'3" guy? Thanks.

I'm also curious to hear some real world feedback on the temperature ratings. I just bought a Softie 3 with a TS1 liner and bivi bag for my GHB. Seems to be a very nice setup, although there is no way that the Softie 3 is going to fit back in the stuff sack it came in. I had to order a Snugpak small stuff sack as you'd have to be a magician to get it back in it's original stuff sack. Their stuff seems well made and I like the fact that it was made in the UK and not in Vietnam or China.

The sleeper lite seems like a good bag that I have only used once gear testing two weekends ago. Temps were low 40's and I barely stayed warm which is actually ok with me, because I can add a liner for colder temps and I think it should work out ok in the summer hiking in the mountains. I am 5'11" 170lbs and it was a snug fit. Not sure how snug of a fit you would want in a bag. If your 6'3" and under say 200 lbs. I'm guessing you would be at max capacity for this bag.
