After I got my Spyderco Delica 4, I told myself, "This is the last knife I'm getting for a while."

...guess how that turned out?

So now I'm looking for another blade about 4in long.
Would you guys recommend...

Spyderco Barong
Military (Orange or digicam)
Chokwe
4in Manix 2 (when it comes out, dammit.)
Benchmade 710
Others, preferably below 150 bucks.

Looks like you did the legwork yourself. The manix 2 at just under 3.5" would suite you fine I'd think.

The Manix 2 tops the list, 710 next, then the mili.

People that have the Barong are giving some nice reviews on it. The blade is nearly 4" long, but the edge is only about 3". This has been a big gripe, but some say it's a sweet blade anyway and they are pleased.
If you are like the majority here you will buy numerous knives in time, so I say just get what you find most appealing at present and the others will have a way of adding to your collection. Sooner or later.

If you're really enjoying what you picked up, you could always just spring a little extra for the Endura. Besides that, I'd probably pick up a Military.

Yeah, but I want something a bit larger than the D4. I love the titanium though which is why I included the Chokwe there :D

Agreed. If you like the Delica, there isn't much of a reason you wouldn't like an Endura. You could also go with an Endura3 second hand or Pacific Salt if weight or additional rust resistance (resp.) is a concern.

One word: Military, pretty much a standard for all knives with 4 inch blades  Or you could find a BM 610 (Rukus) for under 150, maybe used.

Military. I used to like Benchmade knives more because of personal blade shape preferences, but after comparing the two, the Spydercos are generally more comfortable to use for me, and the quality of construction can't be beat at this price point (and even at a lot of higher price points).

How about the Kershaw JYDII in titanium/SG2? Looks nice, but I've never tried SG2 steel :/

Beautiful knife, beautiiful steel. Sg2 takes a super-maxi-ultra keen edge. One of the best kershaws produced! A true showing of their top quality knives.

Military or 710. Have you looked at the Endura? Big brother to the Delica, and a great folder in its own right.

The DigiCam Military does look NICE!!!

Or you could go with the G-10 Endura w/ full flat grind. This will fix the only thing I don't like about my Endura 4 - the saber grind. So it'll be mine soon.

Or how about Zero Tolerance. I have the ZT0300 and absolutely love it! The ZT0200 is also a good choice and is 1/2 the price of the 300. Both are close to the 4" mark. Both are tanks.

For around a 4" length, I would lean towards the Millie. There's a reason why it's the #2 Favorite Production Folder. :)
