I was freaking out earlier. My jeep has been having issues with passing emissions an after two fails the police and the mechanic are annoyed up to here^.

I just managed to find the code online and it turns out my cat is fine. I just need to do the other 02 sensor.

So I get to keep my Large Sebenza. This knife is really important to me. But if all works out I do not need to sell it.
So happy for now. We will see!
Just had to share.

BTW, I still want a few bucks for the part. So I am selling my large sebenza sheath. Check it out in gadgets and gear.
I figure one of you CRK guys could use it.

I do buddy.
Thanks again Mark for the advice and I will be sending you my vin for help if this does not work tomorrow.
Have a good nite guys. Off to my shift!
Matt

I looked at it a few times Matt- was really tempted,..except the part with my wife stringing me up by the beans if I come home with another CRK!

I was checking that out as well. The price kept getting better too. I'm glad you get to keep that beauty!

I was looking too... lucky someone didn't snatch it up right away!!! I'm glad you get to keep it. Good luck with the jeep.

Yep - I was checking too! I was feeling for you. Glad things are working out.

Thanks guys. It was close. I'm happy to know u guys could feel the pain lol. Tonite. is crazy at work. Security can be fun at times!

I'm happy. But when it comes down to it. I just would not want to touch our savings, or vacation money or whatever. If needed. I would rather give it up. My wife is the reason we can even save money. She is putting herself through college on grants, scholarships and being part of a few honor societies with perfect grades. I would feel selfish carrying this when works on top of college and kids to put extra money away. I'm just rambling out loud here. It's not like we can't afford to fix these things out of pocket or as if we would fall behind on bills.. It is just not necessary in my opinion to have expensive toys at this stage in our life. I realize it's better to keep a few grand for a rainy day. Money goes way to fast these days. But dang am relieved though.

We are visiting family in Virginia for a few days mid May. And on the way down we are staying at Hershey park for a nite. The way home as well to make the drive easier on the baby girls. Plus my older one. Going on 3. Will have s total melt down when she sees the candy factory.

Wow - I respect your discipline and dedication! I'm in the tail end of raising four kids; I know it can be difficult. Sounds like you have your priorities straight!

Thanks vapor. Things are tough some times. But so rewarding when I feel the love of my children I wish we had one grandparent or family member that would help out. Or even just play a rile in my daughters lives. Kids need th that. But although we feel like we are losing it some times it brings us closer. I am learning quick as far as being responsible and caring.. But it is an easy decision to make. More so since I took this graveyard shift. I did it so I can get the kids ready in the morning when the wife takes them to day care a few days and so I can pick them up mid day and watch them as well. Its hard taking a massive pay cut and realizing my wife will bring home more bacon than me soon lol. But when I see what she does. As I said. Scool, work, kids, bills, shopping, cooking, etc. It makes me realize I would give up anything to help out more.

Sorry this turned into some kind of personal therapy thread or something.

As for the knife. Besides the snail's and some scratches this knife has been superb in every aspect. The only thing I would purchase if I had to sell would be a pm2. That is my favorite knife after the large 21.

I can sympathize with where you're at Bella. I've been working graveyard for about 13 yrs now. I do it for the extra money, flexability to work overtime and so I can take care of our kids on days my wife works. Always hustling. Sounds like you've got your priorities straight though, i think that's very respectable. One more reason I'm glad you're able to keep your knife, you deserve it. Hope you and your family enjoy your vacation.

Well I'm glad it's going to work out Matt. Get me that info so I can get a price on that O2 sensor for you.
