I decided to put a couple of my Busse's around in my house in case I needed them. And of course I forgot where I put my ash1 LE with my spec ops sheath and Leatherman wave. Crap!!!
Who feels like a moron that has two thumbs? This guy!!!
Ok guys! Where is it! Give it back!
 
One time I misplaced my kukri (usually next to my bed) and took a few days to remember that I had it in my pack.
 
Lost my tanto ka bar for 4 weeks looked in all my closets several times, was driving me nuts, I looked again the other day in that closet, and there it was. Must be gremlins in my house.
 
Lost a game warden in my car for a month. Found it while cleaning under the seats.
 
My college football team does not allow any kind of knives in the stadium, and security will often ask about a bulge in your pocket. I feel absolutely naked without a knife, have been carrying one constantly since my fourth birthday. So my Rap Trap always goes in with me, hidden in the top of my left sock. The Rat Trap is ideal for this, being an adequately large knife yet so thin and lightweight.

They were not deliberately hidden, but I am always stumbling across really neat knives that I had forgotten I had.
 
I never hide ones from myself, BUT saying that, I do occasionally [temporarily] 'misplace' one for an indeterminate amount of time. {note: still have one misplaced for over 4 months, but it will turn up sooner or later as I NEVER actually lose anything;)
 
Lol Awww that is too bad! ASH 1 LE would be a horrible thing to lose. I am sure it will turn up in the most random place possible. Let us know if you find it :D
 
Hmmmmm....Don't consider myself forgetful so misplacing is uncommon however I do suspect that the dog is doing some rearranging while I'm away at work??
However I did find my parrot in the Fridge once...he couldn't tell me if the light actually went off or not...Stupid Bird...:D :eek:

Was he/she alright? Must have been hungry I bet.

My Stuart Ackerman Seratta is worse than my cat for disappearing for weeks before dropping in to say hello, and then disappearing again. I've had it for 2 years now and only seen it 3 times.
 
Me...I hide my knives when I go on a trip...*sigh* we'll see if I can find them when I get home :eek:
