So held a benchmade freek today its about 95% of what I want advice please

So I have an autocrat and its about as soft a texture of a grip as I would want. I conceptually liked the shape of the freek. Today I was in a store that has one and the G10 grips are glossy and slippery. I like the form factor (though it could be a touch slimmer front to back but that size works) I like the rolled edges of the grip rolling instead of a hard ledge effect. I love the l weight to size ratio. Being G10 I don't want to scuff it up, G10 dust is very nasty and I don't want to be slowly getting it on things by having a broken up grip.

So if I"m looking for a similar form factore but tackier grip material and want to stay $150-250 range any ideas of what to look at next?

While it's true that G10 dust is nasty, I can guaruntee you're not going to encounter that problem unless you're holding your knife with a power sander. G10 is incredibly stable and tough stuff, so unless you're intentionally cutting it, you're not going to run into any problems with it.
 
The (now discontinued) first generation of the Freek actually had a tackier material that felt somewhat rubberized. You might try tracking one of those down.

Yeah, in fact my Mini-Rukus was the first S30V knife I bought, #160 of the first production run of 1000. I was referring to the overall design. I've found Benchmade’s steels to be finer grained than other makers' for whatever reason. My Mini-Rukus takes a very fine edge. M4 is a terrific steel but a bit of a challenge to hone.

Ok never cut it (except on the underside of grips for fitment) and then held so was worried

funny story I got interested in the freek due to a guy 30 minutes from me selling one, it is older 175 in looks new conditions worth the drive
