Hey guyz...first post here. I bought a Byrd Cara Cara from yourcornerstore.com(awesome site) and let me just say that i just love this knife. every single thing about it. I got the FRN handle and just love the look and feel of this knife...It was razor sharp out the package. Never had a knife any sharper. This one is a lil big so i plan on getting the meadowlark next but until then this'll be my EDC takin the place of my Gerber paraframe ive carried for YEARS.

I own both G-10 and FRN Cara Cara. Excellent edc folder. I prefer the FRn one because of the light weight. The blade has a very practical design. The steel is decent, and gets very sharp easily. Afaik is the Chinese version of japanese AUS-8. One of my favorites.

You'll be happy with it. I do prefer the Meadowlark due to it's size. I'm used to carrying a Delica which is the same size. I have both though. At those prices, why not have both?

I have one and it's very nice. The jimping on the back and the choils make for a nice secure grip. Two handed closing is a little awkward but it's offset by the lockup.
