I really needed a full serrated blade and time was gettin short, so I picked this one up. I think the taper of the blade will make slicing much smoother then anything else I own. It seemed kind of small at first, but it has grown on me quickly. The handle, while looking funny, is actually really comfort for choking up, or gripping the butt end and using the point to reach the out of reach material.

I will say it feels good to spyder edge back in hand. ITs nice to know I can cut anything I come in contact with at work. I love my US Border Patrol Endura, but needed something with more serrations.

So once again, spyderco makes me happy with trying something new and different. again.

btw, want to make it tip but don't seem to have the wrench for it? What am I looking for?

yes, it's nice isn't it? i recently got one too, plain edge though. i think it's a lot of knife for its price. btw, for the clip-screws you'll need a T6 Torx driver/bit. careful though, they strip easily if they are really tight, so make sure to get a quality tool.

Also very happy with the Scorpius I got last Friday. Best knife I've ever had. I got a Plain Edge. It's bigger than I thought it would be. :)
