So I started out with my stripper and let it sit for about ten minutes before applying more and giving it another five before going to town with an old dull knife and a scraper on the coating. After getting it all clean I started with some 250 grit carbide paper and a block and cleaned it all up before moving to 500 grit then 1200 to polish it up followed by a rub down with some polishing compound. The grind lines, dimples and machining marks are a little deep on this one, so I'm going to have to have it bead blasted before putting on a full polish on it....it's pretty good in a way only a user can
. I might keep it D/C if it looks cool enough as I could always satin it in 20 minutes any time afterward . Just need to find someone to blast it for me now.....
